It has been a productive morning for me. I have entered a few design team calls ,made a video for my YouTube channel and mailed off a few swaps. Now I am here sharing a beautiful page I made over the weekend with you all. This page is for a swap over at SCS and I made an extra page for myself to display a photo of my mom. I feel like this layout is a step up for me lately I have been reading and watching videos and learning how to add my details and layers to my pages and I really think I nailed it with this one!

Kids Birthday Cards

Today I am sharing a child's birthday card made for one of my swaps over @ Splitcoaststamper. This will be the first birthday card I have made in this year and I think it came just at the perfect time! I love making birthday cards for kids because it’s cute and fun and a big plus for me is the look on their face of excitement. So I like to add characters a kid would recognize. For this card I use the Veggie Tales because the swap is a Christian swap so my little Bible quoting veggies were perfect for this card. I love the Veggie Tales and I know the kids love them.

A Banner Good-time!!

For the last few weeks I have made banner after banner. So I must have been bitten by the banner bug, they are very easy and fun to make. The 1st banner was a mother's day banner with light green and kraft papers with those fun rosette. Then I left my table and came back to the table with a party idea in my mind so I finished a party banner. So this routine continued and the outcome resulted in more banners so here is the line up.

New Years Resolutions !!

Happy New Years everyone, I am here HOPING that 2012 will be my year. It seems like every year before now I have made it about someone else so this year I want to make it about me and my growth and my PATH to finding ME. But i have included some things for others that will benefit them too.Today I am getting it on paper organizing and preparing myself to hit it hard in the new year and am excited about MOVING FORWARD. Since its 2012 I have list my top 12 goals for this year.

MY 12 RESOLUTIONS FOR 2012:

1. Reach my #1 Goal Lose 50 Pounds & Attain Goal Weight by 8/1/12 my anniversary .

2. More togetherness w/ hubby - just the 2 of us.

3. Take Trip somewhere with the family.

4. Find time everyday 2 take more photos.

5. Save more$$ and spend less$$ on things I don't need. Only buy my needs .

6. Organize and decorate my home more.

7. Keep up with my blog,post to my blog more.

8. Take cre8tive classes and spend time everyday creating & learning new things.

9. Start 4 classes each semester for school .

10. Start and finish a journal , read and write more.

11. Create 12x12 = 144 layouts in the 12 months

The kids are asleep and I was going through photos and I found some more pictures of my sons zoo trip from back in April.So just as I promised I scrapped an 8.5. x11 to go in his school year binder for 2010-2011 school year. I really didn't have anything special to scrap so I decided to join in on some challenges The Paper Variety- Christmas in July for this past week so I posting before the blog challenge deadlines :) Any way I found a new one this is a place I have never visited before but I love and WANT this prize!! For this layout I managed to find some Basic Grey Figgy Pudding scraps and some Dream Street paper die cuts to put together an awesome Christmas page of the kids putting the their tree together for the the holidays.

This week I have a video to share. With school being out me and the kiddos have been having a blast. So I have put together this layout of the kids having fun splashing around in the pool,this is how we decided to start our summer. For this layout I wanted to use a lot of embellishments.It feels like it has been awhile since I have used buttons so I know I wanted some of those in this layout. Over I really love how it turned out and the kids loved it too, so I am happy with it. Its a great start page for our summer 2011 album.

For this layout I used the Bo Bunny Barefoot and Bliss collection, I really love this collection it is so full of fun summer colors and patterns.

Hello everyone today I have a new swap that I just finished and mailed off for Cricut Titles over at Splitcoast. I know I that place I can 't stay away, it my favorite go to place.Anyway it was a cricut title swap, I used the Create Critter for the Let's play title. Next I used the Once Upon a Princess for the Princess title, and for the Happy Birthday title I used Sweet Treats.

A2 Envelope Organizer/ Album

I know that was a lot of pictures and a long slideshow but I wanted to show you the different things these little organizers or albums could be used for. I joined a swap called unusually used over at spiltcoast.We had to make things from stuff we have saved in our stash thinking we can do something with it one day.Being the save for another day type of girl, I have stacks and stacks of A2 envelopes. I am mean come on who doesn't if you make card you get like 20 envelope per package so I have about 500 or so no biggy right. So entering in this swap got me to research and looking for things I could do with these envelopes. I have found several different up-cycled or recycled envelope mini album, but I am not into mini album so those tutorials never sparkled my instrest. Then this week I came across this video she turned 6 A2 envelopes into a recipe mini album. I loved this idea so I made one of my own and it turned out great. Since I am not a cook I used the same design but for a different thing an organizer. I love organizers but I love hand made things even more! I started thinking of the ways I could use it. One way would be a little shopper organizer with a place for coupons, receipts, and value cards. Then I was think of using it as a card holder for those time when your in church or somewhere and you need a thank you card,birthday card and even a sympathy/encourage card. I found out that I can place two one layer stamp cards in each pocket or one thick card with all the goodies on it. Then I was thinking a photo organizer although it doesn't fit a 4x6 photo,it will fit smaller photos like wallet size and 3x5 size photos. Which is great to show off the kids and family. So I really enjoyed this tutorial there is a part two so kick back, create and enjoy her lovely music.

Unusually Used " Not Anymore"

So the 21st of June was the 1st day of summer and man it has been HOT HOT!! My kids and I have taking tons of photo so far but I haven't been in the scrapbooking mood . So to tie me over I have had my hands in other crafts area. Today I would like to show you these cool duct tape flower pins. Yes duct tape people we use duct tape to hold boxes and other cramp together. Now you can buy duct tape in all sorts of colors and designs things like wallets,purses,flowers and I mean the things you can make with this stuff is endless. Anyway this week I found and used this duct tape flower template over at howjoyful.com. I would have to say the difference between Joys flower and mine are hers are a alot neater LOL!! I had the hardest time folding and making a petal but I got it I think! I also used a decorative brad in the middle instead of a button then I hot glued a pin backing instead of a paper clip. I really don't think there is a special way to get creative and making it your own. Well nap is over so everyone enjoy Joys tutorial and get inspired thanks for stopping by!

Trip to the Zoo

At the end of April my oldest son took a trip to the Zoo with is class. Since I wasn't able to go with him on his trip I purchased a $5.00 Camera and let him go at it. There were only a few pictures I could scrap so I scraped two 8.5x 11 layouts. After making this layout I am seriously thinking of scrappin 8.5x11 again soon!I am not sure of the names of the pattern papers used but the letter in the 2nd layout are from ki memories and they are felt I love these. Then I have some buttons and paper tags all miscellaneous things from my stash. from swaps and my desk .

Little Gril Frame

I wanted to share with you all this frame I made using my new Cindy Loo Cartridge . I am love the swirls and flourishes and the alphs on the cartridge is so cute too. I started with an black frame I had stashed away, then I add papers from Bella blvd for my background and Echo Park Little Girl Collection for the rest of the frame. For this I used Krylon Spray adhesive for a permanent bond, we using this spray make sure you read the direction and spray away from your work area. I use a post office box to adhere my Cricut titles and small pieces. This frame is now apart of my desk I love how it turned out I am thinking it would make a great gift for my mom or sister.

This is a new card I made for my card swap over at Splitcoast. I am in the reptile group, I really have no idea why I am so fascinated with reptiles mainly the alligator. I guess it is a southern thing,or just growing up on the Gulf and see alligators and snakes could have something to do with it. This card is ideal for a little boy with the bright fun colors.

Last week I started a new swap over at Splitcoast ,and for this swap with have to add some type of 3-D element on the page . I started this swap because I have just fell in love with my pop dots all over again. Now for this layout I popped up my sun and my clouds with all the bright colors I really enjoyed make it and like how it turned out. This week we have a over at Sketches in Thyme Tuesday take sketch we played with a sketch from Mojo Monday.

I really had fun with this sketch I made two card same sentiment but two different cards.

For the 1st card I used the sketch and flipped it upside down then rounded the corner.

For the 2nd card I used ribbon rather then a scalloped edge.

I am not sure which on to into so but I think I will go with the 2nd one .

I made the Time three in the Sketches In Thyme Tuesday card challenge and we will see were my layout will land me in the Thursday layout sketch challenge lol! For the layout I used an old Basic Grey Collection that I found at big lots for $1.00 you heard me a $1.00 . I used a few of the pattern papers , the element stickers and the alphabet stickers which I almost ever use but I wanted a beautiful mess to match the mess my daughter made on her hands and faces.

Last Night Workshop

Last night I had a chance to visit and spend some time with my local girls and we had a CTMH card workshop. This workshop took my card making skills to a new level. We used the new CTMH paper line Wings there were some very pretty patterns in this packet I really like it . Since I love butterflies right? It was a MUST that I signed up for the next workshop using this paper pack so I am excited and can't wait for that one :) I was so proud of myself last night with my cards that I had to share, I think I followed the directions well. Thank you Amanda for such an awesome workshop and for being such a great hostess as always. I really enjoyed my time with you ladies.

Tuesday Challenge at Sketches in Thyme

Wow!! A full month of nothing just looking at the same layout and cards how boring. Lol!! I really hope this card makes up for me been out of the blogging loop for a while. I made this card for the Tuesday sketch take over at Sketches in Thyme. I started this card Yesterday in between naps and then I finally finished it this morning. I had a little trouble of trying to figure out exactly what I wanted to do , so I turned to scraps in my swap drawer and found this really cute card kit from Melanie from I guess a few years ago not sure but yes I keep everything lol. In this kit of space it had this cute stamp imaged of little cute aliens and what really suck out was the emboss self adhesive foil paper ( Yo Mel do you remember what it is called so I can get some more)Then I used my Basic Grey mini birthday stamp and a chipboard sticker to finish the card. All these items came from my scraps. I think the sketch is pretty clean and simple I am happy with the outcome.

Love Me Naturally

The challenge over at the Bo Bunny blog is to scrap something about yourself that you love. So I recent went nature , I had no idea of what I was getting myself into. But I was just tried of always giving my $$ to stylist and get my hair done and it only last for a day or two. In July of this year I took my hair back I broke the chains and now I am free and I feel great! In this layout I am expressing my love for being nature and loving it .

This layout has a lot of pearls and rhinestones all the pattern papers are from Bo Bunny's Peacock Love collection. I simply adore this collection it is full of purples, greens, and teals. Thankx for stoppin by guys!!

Happy Monday everyone I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving break. Sunday I had a chance to actually sit and enjoy a little time to myself. Here is some cute things that came off my table . I made a really cute kids winter layout I had some winter paper that had the words snow on it and I said let's face it I live in Texas. It snows maybe once every three or four yrs so I had to put this paper and this cute penguin to use.

Next I made this cute button eyed alligator I gave him a bling back with a glittery belly. I love this color combo too;)

Hoot Layout!

I finished my last Cricut layout oh I don't know a week or two ago anyway, for some reason I have been have the hardest time completing double or two page layouts . After playing around with papers and different styles, I gave up and just opened up my Cricut booklet. I used all the elements that where on that one page .I really hope the ladies in the group I will be swapping with love it ! For this layout I used a two of my favorite things that I never leave home without lol!! Kraft paper it goes with everything if you ask me , I also used my fiskars border ruler to get the torn look on my pattern papers.Well thats all I have for you guys tonight everyone have an awesome week!

Dragonfly Card

This the most recent crafty thing that has come off my desk , this card is for a swap over at SCS. About a month or maybe two months ago I brought this stamp set that had butterflies and dragonfly this set is just full of bugs . I used this set for the swap I made it a little different I didnt use any ribbon which made me fill like the card was empty but my friend said it looked great because I added the flower and jewel . For the sentiment I used one of my mini stamp sets, I thought it went prefect for this card , my card base is made with kraft and to finish up the card I made some white pen stitching along the edges.

Here is my card for this month's challenge , I absolutely loved this paper when I first saw it I just had to cut it up I really hate that I used it all :( But that's OK I will check with my hostess princess to see where to get it and get me some more.

Colors: Pretty in pink saffron, and choclatle chip (my favorite color)
The kit included now the card includes: Pretty in pink cardstock,sweet pea DSP(love it) hemp twine, button from brights collection and sentiment was from Word play Set.

Now after typing all the info I am sure this paper was from Stampin Up so I know where to get some :) LOL.

Hello and Happy Sunday I found myself working on some swaps at 5 am this morning I just couldn't sleep so I got up did some clean that didn't make alot of noise and some scrapbooking. Brothers Weekend!!

Well our weekend is over all ready , time to go back to work :( Although I had a fun filled weekend I hate to see it go. I had a chance to have my very own personal crop night that started on Friday and ended Sunday around noon. Here is a peek at my crop setup.

So once the creative mojo kicked in I finished a totaled of 3 sets of double layout sets being 4 double layout for a brother swap I had to finish up by Saturday then I started on a cricut layout swap so all together I finished somewhere between 12 or 15 layouts which is a record for considering I had the kids all already me and I ran out of adhesive and snack . So do you guys want to see what I finished ??

The Big brothers layout is created with Cosmo cricket boyfriend collection, and the little brother and brothers Layouts are created with Basic Grey's Oliver collection. We I do swap like this I like to come up with a theme first and for this one my theme was stars and circles , so for my tools I used a star and circle 1'' I think punch, title Cricut, and inked the edges thats it !

I am on to our next challenge a color challenge. We had to use mustard, very valinia, basic grey,old olive, and coco brown. I have such a blast with this 1st challenge that I made two. For this challenge we had to make a card using acrylic are transparencey sheets, I used some transparency pattern paper for Luxe Design. I wanted this card to be a summer card to send to friends. With that in mind I used bright pattern papers, I also used some green bling to make the 1st card pop. Other supplies used : Studio G friends stamp set, CTMH playful petals stamp set, brown and green ribbons. Thanks for stop by I am on to challenge number #2.

Crafty Critters Challenge #28 ~ Friends

This week I hosted the challenge for crafty critters and I challenge the critters to pull out their cricut's and make a fun summer card, for a twist or extra added fun the card had to have a flower and brad. Here is my take on this weeks challenge and I can't wait to see the others take on this challenge.

For this card I made a Popsicle card which I thought would be prefect for the summer, my cricut element is the little bird die-cut I actually made this bird using a paisley and the MTC software welded and sized it in three different size for the wing, body and shadow piece. Well that is it for now I hope you guys enjoyed it:)

Happy Monday guys today I would like to share with a layout that I have been working on this weekend. this layout is of my son at the age of 4 playing at the kitchen table with his favorite toys. I think it is nice to scrap that not so eventful pictures , they really make great quick pages.

The kids and I woke up early to make Dad a card and his favorite breakfast. This card made him laugh we had to put an I owe you notice on the inside due to the fact the video game he wants doesn't come out until the end of this month :) So on the inside the card reads with love we give yo an I owe you! This is the card I made for a sympathy card swap , I had a hard time finding a Sympathy stamp set at my LSS so I had to use what I had . For this card I wanted to use soft elegant colors so again I turned to my stash and found my spring papers from Making Memories Flutter collection . This coming August my husband and I will be celebrate our 7th year of marriage we both think it has gone by really fast and look forward to spending more years to together. Two 12x12 Layout Swaps

Hello everyone it has been a busy month for me but I am back and I thought I would share the layouts that have just left my home and my desk for a swap over at SCS. I am currently active in like 12 swaps so I guess I am addicted :) A girl has to have something to do for the summer right?

This first layout is for a Cherish Memories 12x12 Swap the colors are Kraft,dark plum ,and brown which are all very pretty together. The layout for this swap was inspired by a sketch I found in my CTMH Imagine book. This book is full of sketches with measurements and cut which I find it to be a life saver for swaps when you have to repeat each layout about 3 to 4 times and it also save me money and paper .

The second layout is for a Let's Cook 12x12 swap the colors are Kraft, natural orange, shades of brown and off white. For this layout I used the framing technique which I learned from a site called kiwi lane designs, the only difference between the two I created my design using Photoshop,Inkscape to make my own svg file so that I could use my Cricut make the cut software.

Our Family

After begin away from my scrappin desk all week last week I had to get some playtime in today. Here is a layout I made of my kids we were spending timed together after a church program so I thought to myself I better get some pictures before they take off there outfit or get dirty, with boys getting dirty happens fast lol!! I made this layout using the Stretch your Imagination cartridge I love it I borrowed it from my Scrappin buddy Christa (thanks Christa ) I will definitely be buying this one :) The tree and frame I used in this layout came from this cartridge. I also used my Martha Stewart butterfly punch all of you know my style by now if I don't have a butterfly or button somewhere on the page or card it doesn't looked finished to me. Well I think that is about it I hope to get into some challenges this week but we will see how it goes thank for stoppin by!!

This week I have been working on a kids Birthday card swap over at SCS. The first card is for a little girl Happy Birthday Sweetie.

For this card I used some ribbon , paper glaze and stickles to accent my Cricut cupcake For my next card Have a Hoppin Birthday is ideal for a little boy. I used buttons,stamped image and hand written to accent this card. I use the same cupcake layer to make a cloud for this card. I think they both turned out really cute. Recycled Chipboard Frame

The kids are napping so I thought I might take this free time to show you guys the lastest project that I have finished off my desk. Here is a recycled frame that I have made for the My Scrapbooking Supplies challenge #7 for this challenge we had to use this photo as our inspiration to come up with a card, layout or altered item.

Using a recycled pieces of chipboard from an old box here is the frame I cam up with for my scrappin area.

Boys School Year

The boys first school year is almost over they have a little over a month left. So I have started on their 2009-2010 school year album .I know as mothers we want to save every picture and homework assignment our kids complete but honestly who really has the space for it. I have scanned all of my favorite picture and assignment and reports of both of my kids and saved it in a folder. Now that the school year is ending it is time for me to put my plan in to play.

Here is the first page of my album. For this layout I used green pigment ink and white acrylic paint for the scallop paper from creative imagination school collection,school brads from Ki memories, and pattern paper from Bo Bunny Pep rally strips and scrap pieces of coordinating cardstock. My Cricut elements stars and title fonts are from the Makin the grade cartridge.

Soon we will be celebrate our oldest sons 6th birthday , I still can't believe it . After making this card I found myself going down memory lane , going through all his baby photos and videos. They go up too fast if you ask me, before I know it he will be sixteen. This year we are going to have his party at the beach during our family vacation whoohoo!! I can feel the sand in my toes, and the smell of the salty air , man do I miss the south. I can't what to see family and spend a well needed vacation with my kids , you all know I will have photos to share so no worries * wink wink*

Anyway back to the card LOL!! For this card I used the new Cosmo Cricket Joy ride collection , my buttons,pattern papers and chipboard number 6 are all from this Joy Ride collection. First I would like to say thank you my critter friend Tracey for this really nice award , I am truly honored. As a part of the this award , I have to tell you 10 things about be and then pass it along to 10 friends. So lets get started......

1. I am a picky eater, I have a hard time trying new foods. I guess you can call me a freak of habit.

2. I love to play video games like James Bond, race car driving, and mortal kombat. I think I play more then the kids. I love all of the Wii games for sure:)

3. I am a huge fan of YouTube , I mostly watch scrapbooking, cardmaking and Cricut videos there.

4. I am seriously considering make a YouTube video showing some scrapbooking stuff , ti makes show of a tutorial so much easier you know.

5. I hate wearing shoes so I wear flip flops year round, I have recently started walking a lot for fitness and I wear tennis shoes but I was they made a flip flop for walking maybe I will invent one so don't steal that idea it's patented lol!!

6. I am terrified of cats, I really really don't like these creatures( sorry cat lovers)

7. I hate to ride or drive long distances and just so happen I have too since my all of my family lives over 800 miles away from me .

This is what I did for My Scrapbooking Supplies Challenge #6... A big thank you goes out to Design Team Member Jenn for coming up wiht such a great challenge and also a thank you to Digital stamps sponsor Squigglefly... for providing the DT with some really cute images to use for this challenge.
I love this challenge because it was something totally new for me , But what can I say I was happy and ready to learn something new. I explored many different options and here is what I came up with this Spring Shower card.

Pattern papers: Basic Grey Kioshi and I add some colors with my BIC markers,Embellishments : bling and brads, I finished this card off with some hand written sentiment.

Tupperware Fashion

For this layout I started to entry into a sketchy Thursday challenge but after I didnt make the deadline. This layout took on a different life, it as inspired by my little girl's t-shirt that she is wearing in the photo. I know you guys can't see it but this layouts background looks exactly like the shirt. Using my Cricut and Makin the grade cartridge using mod podge and several scrap sheet of cardstock I was able to bring this shirt into my layout.

This is a layout I made using Basic Grey's Kioshi I love this collection it has some really pretty pattern and flowers. For this layout I used Fuji sheet as my base it comes with this beautiful flower gather already on it, I added pearls and the little flower pot to make it look like a flower arrangement. I also used a few more of the collection sheets but all an all this collection is really pretty and I enjoyed using it.

For the Blog Hop you all may have since this really cute Layout I made of my daughter Jordyn, I used stickers and one sheet of pattern paper. All of lines and strips are CTMH border stickers, the I used some 3d butterflies to accent and also because they are my favorite :) Next I added some puffy heart stickers by K & Company as the butterflies fluttering trail , lastly the title and journal card are stickers from Cloud 9 Design.

I had no idea I had such a thing for recycling stuff who knew right? Anyway for this weeks challenge we had to GO GREEN!! Not the color green but the reuse ,reduce, recycle green.

Here my take on the challenge:

I started with a K&Company card from a package of pillow stickers.

Then I added a 3x5 pieces of green cardstock with some CTMH Celebrate Life stickers, added my ribbon and now I have a really cute door or light switch hanging for my craft area. Pretty neat huh??
The back still has K@Company stuff on it but whos look at the back .If I give one away I will cover the back :)

Today is the 1st challenge for Critter Challenge blog I am super excited for Meliane and the whole Critter team so I made this photo card for my mom using their 1st challenge sketch. The photo is just a cute photo of the boys playing along with dad I know my mom would love it . It Friday and I am just feeling crafty I have tons of things going on , on my table so I thought I might share the card I made for 2 sketches 4 u!I dont know what to tell ya , I have used almost all of my Cosmo EARTH LOVE mini paper pack I love the colors and designs so sorry this is another Cosmo Card. Then the next thing I have been favoring alot is my new Basic Grey mini stamp set I have about 4 now and making my list to buy more. I also used basic grey glazed brad for the prima flower center and my favorite color brown ribbon to top it all off. You guys would not believe how long it took me to do this layout, can we say all day. Hubby was home because of the weather, the baby is teething and the boys well they were just being boys. Then on top of all that my stupid printer didn't want to read my camera media card so I was going back and forth between the computer and printer until I finally got it to work so here is the end results . New ~ I know you have something you purchased recently that you can't wait to try. Incorporate it into your project. I USED RIBBON AND A MY BUTTON KIT I JUST BROUGHT AND HAVE BEEN THINKING OF WHAT TO MAKE NEXT WITH IT.

Borrowed ~ I know what you're thinking. How can I use something borrowed on my project? My idea behind this is using something you were given by a fellow crafter. It just needs to be something you DID NOT purchase yourself. THE BLUE STRIP IS FROM A SWAP SO THAT COUNT AS SOMETHING FROM SOMEONE ELSE RIGHT

Scrapmaster's Paradise Color Combos

These were some fun and inviting colors I had to play and see what I could come up with !
I thought these colors would make a great Valentines day Card so I went with that theme for the challenge. This is also last weeks color challenge I am a day late on posting it actually some hrs late but anyway the color where pretty and I had to use them.

Here is my Love layout I did for My scrapbooking supplies January Challenge. I used Bo Bunny's Love bandit for my pattern papers, For my hearts I used thickers foam from the lullaby package, then my rub-ons are Could 9 design. I hope you will join us this month there is a sweet prize up for grabs.

Butterfly Crafts Challenge 26 & 27

This month over at Butterfly Crafts we had two great challenge our 1st challenge was a layout and sketch then for our second challenge we had to create a layout displaying our favorite season Winter, Spring,Summer or Fall. So I took the sketch from challenge 26 and made my layout of my favorite season, my layout is titled Torn between the 2 . Because it just that I love Winter and Fall, I have always enjoyed the colors of Fall and I love the winter because I get to wear my favorite clothes. I hope you guys will stop by Butterfly Crafts and look at the great layouts the DT came up with and also if you want to play here is whatcha ya have to do.

Everything Old is New Again!

This like my Second post for tonight I am on fire right, lol but I am making up for not posting in a week so enjoy!
This is a challenge that's going on this week over at Stampin When I can, for this challenge Allison asked us to pull out our old stamp some of the 1st ones we ever brought and I pulled out my very first sets I received from CTMH I mean guys I had no idea what stamping was and how to do it or anything and hey I am actually still learning but anyway I have made a set of cards using the sets that I 1st brought back in 2007 I want to say.

For the 1st card I used the Celebrate Life stamp set.

For the next card I used the Playful Petals set.For the last card I used the Sensational Seals set.

Wow it has been a week since I last posted shame on me ! But I hope this post makes up for it , Well anyway I am such a huge fan of Valentine's Day so when I read the next Challenge for Crafty Critters I made two cards. For this challenge we had to create a card for using Pink, Red, White and Black (as an accent only) color combo. Both card designs were inspired by A year in cards @ 2 peas in a bucket.

Ok for our ccc#15 challenge we had to make a card using buttons and a girl theme right ? Well I took my card a step further since my favorite holiday is coming up. I want to make a Valentines Day card * blush*

Supplies:buttons, chipboard heart shape, pattern paper, purple ribbon, love stamp by KI Memories, and pink ink by Studio G.
Techniques used : machine stitching and paper distressing
